At St John's Catholic Primary School, our mission is to ensure every child flourishes within a caring community where we strive to ‘Live in Love’. Guided by our values of Love, Faith, Compassion, Forgiveness, Honesty and Community, we are committed to providing the very best opportunities for all children while nurturing their faith, wellbeing and aspirations.

As the educational landscape continues to evolve, the Archdiocese of Liverpool has set out a vision for all Catholic schools to become part of a Catholic Multi Academy Trust. Following careful consideration, our Governing Board has agreed to explore joining the Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust.

We believe this could provide exciting opportunities to strengthen collaboration with other Catholic schools, share expertise and further enhance the education we provide for our pupils, while preserving the unique Catholic identity of St John's.

As part of this process, we are undertaking due diligence and seeking the views of our school community. That is why we have created this microsite to provide information about the proposal and give everyone with an interest in our school the opportunity to share their views, comments and questions.

About Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust

Pope Francis CMAT is a family of Catholic schools, established by the Archbishop of Liverpool to serve children, families and communities through the mission of the Church.

The Trust currently have four secondary schools (including an associate member) and four primary schools with a number of schools set to join the Trust this year.
